Saskia Rowe

Physiotherapist | Pilates Instructor

Saskia is a dedicated physiotherapist with a deep passion for helping others through movement and healing. She specializes in assessing and managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, working to develop, restore, and maintain optimal movement and function while minimizing discomfort and enhancing quality of life.

With a strong love for Pilates, Saskia enjoys finding creative ways to get the body moving in her free time. By blending Physiotherapy and Pilates principles, she identifies harmful postures, movement patterns, imbalances, and weaknesses, then works with clients to heal through movement that carries over into daily life.

Saskia is truly passionate about her work and the positive impact it has on others.
