She can assess and manage a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions in order to develop, maintain and restore your optimal movement and function, with the aim to minimize your discomfort and maximize your quality of life.
Saskia has a huge love for Pilates and enjoys spending her free time working on creative ways to get your body moving! Combining Physio & Pilates principles, she can help identify harmful postures and movement patterns, imbalances and weaknesses.
